Shipping + Returns Policy

Orders of $25 and under ship for $10
Orders between $25 and $50 ship for $12


International Shipping is available to customers in countries around the world via FedEx Export, except for those areas that FedEx Export currently doesn’t service (the U.K., Russia, Venezuela, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria).

For FedEx Export, customers have two delivery options: Express (10 to 20 business days), and Standard (15 to 25 business days).* The shipping rate calculated at checkout includes all duties, taxes, and other fees.

For customers in the U.K., we ship via Border Guru. Transit time is typically 25 business days. The shipping rate calculated at checkout includes all duties, taxes, and other fees.

*Please note that these are estimated transit times.

Important Shipping Details

We do not offer same day shipping. In stock items generally ship 1-2 business days after you place your order. When choosing your shipping method, please note that we ship from Columbus, Ohio 43215.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

If your order is urgent and must arrive by a specific date, please contact customer service prior to finalizing your order to confirm the shipping schedule.

If your order is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Upon receipt, you will be refunded for your order less a Restocking Fee of $15.

Returns Policy

If You Receive A Damaged Or Incorrect Item:
Please report it to customer service within 15 days of the invoice date. We will send you a UPS return label with a pre-assigned return authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item, we will send out a new item immediately (unless it is back-ordered, in which case we will contact you). All returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement.

If You Are Not Happy With The Item You Ordered:
Please let us know within 15 days of the invoice date. We will issue you a return authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt of the item, we will credit your account the original purchase price (less shipping). Please Note: If a product is returned to us that was originally ordered with free shipping (for any reason other than damages) shipping charges will be deducted from the refund issued.  

For all returns, please mark the carton “ATTENTION RETURN DEPT”. The Return Authorization number must appear on the carton to the left of the return address.

We will not be able to accept your return if it arrives back to our warehouse greater than 30 days from the invoice date or if it is not accompanied by a Return Authorization. Please call 1-800-783-5683, ext. 215 or contact us for a return authorization.
