Design Story: Everybody Night Light

Everybody Night Light was designed to meet a very basic need—to help you find your way in the dark—using a very un-basic vessel.

I decided I needed a nightlight for my bathroom so I wouldn't have to turn on the overheads in the middle of the night and wake myself up. I searched all over the internet and couldn't find one that I liked, so we decided to design one ourselves!

Factory renderings demonstrate how the Night Lights would be constructed.

Testing different colors in production helped us to make selections of those that looked and worked the best.

What better icon than a sun to give off soft, warm light? And so the Everybody Night Light was born.

Everybody Night Light

Everybody stays up late. Everybody has weird dreams. Everybody gets scared of the dark. Everybody should feel comfy when they sleep. Everybody needs a night light sometimes. The Everybody Night Light plugs into any outlet and will brighten your space after the sun goes down.

This night light has a sensor so it will automatically turn on in the dark and turn off in the light. Use it wherever you need to illuminate a dark space, like a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, hallway, or even at a party.
